  • I wish for Pēace of Mind
  • Create more with my hands again… (knitting, beadwork, Origami, Jewellery, etc…)
  • I will fight PCOS harder than ever
  • Reconnect with my true, inner self
  • More ‘health-limited’ exercise (Sports)
  • Occupational Retraining (thinking about and going through with it)
  • Less Gluten & other constipating food…
  • More UFYH Sessions…
  • Try meditating more…

    May 2018 be the best year ever for you! You seem to have good plans for this year (occupational retraining - have you left your job as a librarian? I always thought well of this profession). Hope you fulfill all your wishes.
